Beyond executing effectively and efficently -when we did have some issues throughout the otherwise stressful process, I appreciated the extra effort taken to help manage through them.
We also had a bit of a mucked up process to get to close - for a variety of reasons - He gave us a reasonable and great solution to an otherwise completely unreasonable request of our own, and that kind of service is extremely rare nowadays.
Really appreciated the process and would recommend to anyone.
