Hello, I am Nicky Do, the owner of Houzzstage. Houzzstage evolved from my love and passion for decorating. My goal is to inspire home owners and potential buyers to love the homes I stage. I have been running a Printing & Graphic Design company for over 28 years. Printing and Design gave me knowledge of the Principles and Elements of Design. These experiences is what grew my passion for helping clients create a warm and inviting space to welcome family and friends HOME. Our realtors praised my beautifully decorated and appropriately staged homes and attributed the quick sales and higher sale prices to the quality of my work. When I began looking for another career avenue, it only seemed natural to choose Home Staging as my exciting new career path. Home staging is the act of preparing one’s residence for sale in the real estate marketplace. Despite the restrictions that stem from COVID-19, Houzz Stage’s goal for staging — to make a home appealing to the highest number of potential buyers to be sold quickly and over asking price — is still the same. I was a business owner for a Printing and Design company and worked in that industry for over 28 years but was ready for a different pace of life. I love decorating and have moved quite a few times with successful home sales each time due to my skill in staging the home. Because of that, I felt it the perfect business venue for me to pursue.
